Superb quality pickled brass finish cap badge to the
145th (New Brunswick) Bn, CEF. Smaller unit with only 24 Officer and 524 Other Ranks, approximately one-half the strength of a full manned Infantry Battalion.  Superior strike & finish.
Particularly well struck badge, giving this badge a very attractive appearance, typical of better quality badges of this period.  Both original wire loop lugs present on reverse.  One of the nicest examples of this badge to be found.  Badge measures 45 mm high X 43 mm wide.
