Excellent condition and superbly detailed helmet /belt plate of the
14th Princess of Wales' Own Rifles, Canadian Militia
.  Exceptionally high-quality, multi-piece construction.  Bronze finish indicative of higher quality Officer or Senior NCO issue badges of the period (Note: Other Ranks' badges were in blackened brass metal.) Mazeas reference SBP.109. Plate badge measures 92 mm (3 5/8 inches) high X 81mm (3 1/4 inches) wide.
Three wire retaining lugs on reverse of badge for attachment
