1916 Dated Military Bugle

Very good condition bugle from the First World War  period. Has s couple of dents as shown in the pics. Bugle is dated 1916 and is stamped with a broad arrow underneath indicating military issue. Maker marked Boosey and Co. I have tried blowing through it but I get no sound. That being said I have no knowledge of musical instruments. Unlike the multitude of fakes that one sees in the marketplace with military badges crudely soldered on to boost value, this specimen is completely unmessed with.
