    1975 Australia Christmas Stamps. Shipped with USPS First Class.
    The Australian Postal Commission has issued two stamps for Christmas 1975. Mr. Des O’Brien of Sydney depicts Nary and the Three Wise Men overlooking the Cradle. The 45 cent value is the work of a Melbourne artist, Mr. Jonathan Milne. The design incorporates a star and is based on the text in John (1:5), “the light shineth in darkness.”
    Selling late mother’s stamp collection. Envelope found sealed and I believe stamps to be in excellent mint condition.
    Place of origin is not Christmas Island, but Australia. Sorry, I could not over ride place of origin.
