Service
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
We guarantee that the merchandise you receive from us is as represented. All items are sold with a non-DOA warranty unless specified. Any refund claim must be made within 24 hours from receipt of the product and only via e-mail. With the exception of a non-delivered item, all refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) and the item must be shipped back to us for inspection and testing. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping is not refunded.
REFUND BUYER’S REMORSE
You may have a change of mind. Please, do not use the ‘’not as described’’ or ‘’not working’’ loophole, it is just a way of pushing honest sellers with excellent instruments selling at other places than Ebay. Contact us for a RMA return authorization number at 450-649-2863. Once we receive the item, in the same condition that we shipped it, we will refund you the purchase price less 20% restocking fee. We will not refund shipping, handling and packing fees.
REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE
We take very special care of packaging. In the unlikely event that your instrument would be damaged in freight ( other than apparent cosmetics that may show in the actual product pictures), we will gladly refund both the instrument and shipping. Pictures of the package and the damage must be sent to us within 24 hours after delivery.
