British P-08 “Walking Out” Waist Belt

In good used condition a British P-08 Economy “Walking Out” Waist Belt, tan in color, measures approximately 45”, 3” wide, no noticeable markings but does appear to be a possible soldiers name and military number, PEGG, 11196 and another number 20737. This belt has been modified by the 2 tabs at the back having been removed, this is a late war belt, also known as the economy belt, the difference is in the way the tabs are attached. There were just stitched on with no reinforcing rivets, and the flat rolled brass at the left of the buckle has been replaced with a simple brass wire loop.
