    Description

    1945 Greenland "American Issue" produced by the American Bank Note Company for the Danish Legation in New York while Denmark was occupied by Germany.  15 ore value .
    COLOR CHANGELING
    as the bluish background is / has been faded or under inked in the printing process !!
    The 2 examples of the regular stamp show the difference.  And even these 2 stamps have a slight difference in the intensity of the blue coloring.  ( I will include a LH copy of normal stamp with the "changeling").
