Up for your consideration is one extremely rare bird carving kit presented by the Bird Carving America of Cataumet, Massachusetts, Cape Cod.This kit was designed by Dick Sawdo of Woods Hole, Massachusetts.Very rarely do you see this famous wood carver/Folk artists work come up for sale let alone a kit he designed and fully illustrated showing in fine detail exactly how to make this wood carving come to life just as he did!Complete photo illustrations for every step of the process, the hands in each illustration belong to the artist himself.Original cutting of the modeling block of wood done by the artist as well.This is a complete kit that has never been touched for assembly and or the beginning of the carving process. This has been sitting in its original box and packaging for 37 years! This is not something you see every day, in fact I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else.I was only able to find one person selling two of his original carvings as most people when they buy something from this artist they hold onto it.Please ask questions if you have them.Kit is sold as seen in the pictures so please look at them for all the details.
