    Description

    The Vulcan 36S-6B is a 36"W Endurance gas range with 6 burners and 1 baker's oven. The oven is constructed with a fully welded frame and stainless steel front and sides. It also features a 23"H backsplash and plate shelf. The (6) heavy duty cast iron grates measure 12"x121/2" in front and 12"x141/2" in the rear to accommodate larger pots/pans. The 215,000 BTU heavy duty cast iron burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The 261/2"Dx14"H baker's oven base interior includes two racks and can fit full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back. The oven also features 35,000 BTU with a +200°F to +500°F thermostat.
