    202107 PTE. T. STEWART. 26-CAN.INF
    Thomas was born 8th Sept. 1896 at McIntyre, Ontario and was a Farmer when he attested on 29 Dec. 1915 at Toronto. he received 2 days F.P. No. 1 in Aug. 1918 for cooking potatoes on a fire and was soon after transferred to the 78th Battalion. He went AWOL in Sept. for 7 days and soon after was transferred back to the 26th Battalion.
