    From Swords to Ploughshares... A lovely pair of Poppy Repousse Brass Vases. Remarkable detailed artisanship from this soldier(?) or civilian (?)  craftsman. Strong relief in an Art Nouveau style that is dedicated to the Battle of Vimy Ridge. A victory for the homogeneous Canadian Expeditionary Force that marked " the birth of a Nation".
